Pre-Delivery (Prenatal) Visit
(60 minutes)
Getting to know you is important--Let's discuss your expectations and needs. We'll review your health history, address any questions you have, and ensure you're well-prepared for what's to come.
Initial Lactation Consultation
(60-90 minutes)
We'll examine your health history, address any concerns, and assess your current breastfeeding status. I'll observe a feeding session and provide guidance to improve your nursing experience. Before and after the feeding your newborn's weight will be measured. Together we'll create a personalized feeding plan that I'll go over with you.
Follow-Up Visits
(60-90 minutes)
I'll observe feedings and measure your infant's weight before and after each feeding session. We'll also discuss any necessary changes to your feeding plan and address any other concerns or questions you may have.
